CLASS POLICY & STUDIO INFO
MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
rise barre + Pilates reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, including pricing, policies, and membership / subscription terms. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email and/or our website. Continued use of the membership after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If a member does not agree to the updated terms, they may cancel their membership without penalty before the changes take effect, provided written notice is given within the notice period.
REFUND POLICY
Drop-Ins, Class Cards, and subscription are non-refundable. However, if you cancel a class from your Class Card or Drop-In within the cancellation window, the credit will automatically be returned to your account for future use.
Payments for classes and gift certificates are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions.
CANCELLATIONS
rise barre + pilates has a 12-hour cancellation policy for all customers.
All cancellations must be self-processed by the client via Momence (no exceptions).
12-hour cancellation window: Late cancels (<12h) incur:
€15 fee (unlimited members)
Loss of class credit (class packs/drop-ins)
No-shows: €20 fee (unlimited) or lost credit.
Fees are automatically charged to the card on file. Unpaid fees may result in booking restrictions
MEMBERSHIP FREEZES
Customers with active subscription can freeze their contracts for a maximum of two times per year, with each freeze lasting between 2 and 4 weeks. Membership freezes must be requested in advance.
CLASS ATTENDANCE
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class so we can ensure every student has the appropriate equipment and our classes can start on time.
Limpertsberg studio: The front door will be locked once class begins.
Gare studio: If you are late, please use the doorbell.
AGE POLICY
Clients must be 18+ to attend class. Please contact management for possible exceptions.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
rise barre + Pilates reserves the right to refuse participation in any class or terminate a membership at its sole discretion where a client's conduct is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, intoxicated, or threatening, repeatedly violates studio policies, or negatively impacts staff or other clients. Participation in any class is also subject to instructor approval.
DRESS CODE
For Barre & Mat Pilates classes, wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Grip socks or bare feet are ideal.
Grip socks are mandatory for all reformer classes (available for purchase at the studio).
For Aerial classes, please wear a shirt with sleeves for hygiene reasons.
STUDIO PROPS & MATS
All props needed for class are provided. Please wipe them down and return them after use (disinfectant and towels provided).
All BMA classes require a mat. Clients are encouraged to bring their own mats, but Pilates mats are available free of charge.
SCHEDULE & BOOKING
The class schedule is released 4 weeks in advance
intro offer & class-cards can book 3 weeks in advance
Subscriptions can book 4 weeks in advance
Wait-listed clients are automatically added up to 2 hour before class. Late cancellations prevent others from attending. Please check your app and email notifications regularly.

Customers or members may request access to their personal data at any time via email. They will receive a summary of the data recorded in our possession.
