CLASS POLICY & STUDIO INFO
REFUND POLICY
Single Drop Ins, Class Cards, and Monthly Unlimited Contracts are nonrefundable. Unless in extreme cases, where the situation will be treated on a case to case basis and at the discretion of the class instructor and General Manager.
Payments for classes and gift certificates are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions.
CANCELLATIONS
All Class Cards are subject to a date of validity, after which they will have expired.
Rise Barre + Pilates operates on a 6 hour cancellation policy before purchased class for all Customers. If the customer booked with a class card and fails to cancel the session booked within the allocated cancellation period, he/she will be charged for the session. Late Cancels or no-shows on Unlimited Packages are subject to €15 penalty fee. In case of an emergency situation, the customer’s or member’s case will be considered on a case to case basis and at the discretion of the class instructor and General Manager.
CLASS ATTENDANCE
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class so we can ensure every student has the appropriate equipment and our classes can start on time. To protect the belongings of our clients, the front door of the Limpertsberg studio is locked once the class begins.
AGE POLICY
Clients must be 18+ to attend class. Please contact management for possible special exceptions.
DRESS CODE
For Barre & Pilates classes, we encourage you to wear clothing that is easy to move in & comfortable. Grip socks (we sell them at the studio) or bare feet is ideal.
For all Aerial classes, we ask you to please wear shirts with sleeves for the hygiene of the silk hammocks.
STUDIO PROPS & MATS
We provide all props needed for your class. Please wipe them down and put away at the end of class (we provide disinfectant & towels). If you have props from home you prefer to use, feel free to bring them.
All of our classes require a mat. Clients are encouraged to bring their own Mats. Alternatively, we provide Pilates mats free of charge
CONTACT
The customer or member may at any time request to receive and view his/her personal data upon request via email or postal mail. He/she will then receive a summary of the data recorded in our possession. If the customer or member wants any Information amended, supplemented or deleted, they may contact Rise Barre + Pilates.
