Ballet barre class is a dynamic and graceful workout that draws inspiration from traditional ballet techniques. During the session, participants will engage in a series of heart-rate lifting but low-impact movements that focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance.

(Contemporary Pilates - all levels)

A balanced class rooted in traditional Pilates exercises. You will work on mobilising and strengthening your entire body. We focus on layering progressions, so you can choose what level you work at based on what your body needs. A class for all levels that will make you feel aligned and empowered.

ignite

(Pilates + Athletic conditioning - intermediate)

A fun + athletic approach to Pilates on the reformer. You’ll build heat in your body, incorporating the jump board to get a low impact yet high intensity workout with bursts of cardio. Expect to get your heart pumping, feel that good burn in your muscles, and strengthen the entire body. Suitable for those without injuries who enjoy working hard.

(Pilates + Barre - intermediate)

Fusing our 2 favorite things together: Barre + Reformer. We incorporate Barre exercises that have roots from Ballet and Pilates onto the Reformer. An energized class that builds muscle from small isometric movements that focus on one muscle at a time. Also expect to improve your balance, mobility, and flexibility. A truly balanced workout that will leave you feeling strong + energized.

empower

(Contemporary Pilates - beginners class)

We educate you with the basics + essentials about Pilates and the Reformer machine. You will learn the fundamentals to be empowered to eventually join our more dynamic classes.

Suitable for those who are newer to the reformer machine, or who want to take class at a slower place to build a strong foundation.

mat Pilates

In this mat class we use the foundations of contemporary Pilates to increase your bodies mobilisation, coordination, and strength. A class for all levels that will leave you feeling balanced and aligned.

dynamic Pilates

Everything you love about Pilates, spiced up with a more athletic approach. This contemporary mat class intensifies traditional exercises with props, higher repetitions, and accelerated movement. We pay special attention to the technique and the breathing, making you stronger from the inside out.

warm sculpt & deep stretch

We crank up the heat (literally) and slow down the pace in this rejuvenating heated class. The first half of the class moves through slow, dynamic reps of exercises to strengthen the entire body. Low impact, but your muscles will definitely burn and shake! The last half of the class restores the body with a deep stretch session. A balanced class for all levels set in 30°C.

aerial fitness

An elevated body conditioning class in the air. The class takes place in aerial silk hammocks. Fusing together elements of TRX, Pilates, and fitness exercises to improve strength, coordination, and flexibility.
