A challenging fusion of exercises inspired from elements of ballet and Pilates. We move through exercises at the barre and on the mat, toning and stretching each muscle group. A balanced body workout that will leave you feeling strong & aligned.

Ballet Barre

Ballet barre class is a dynamic and graceful workout that draws inspiration from traditional ballet techniques. During the session, participants will engage in a series of heart-rate lifting but low-impact movements that focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance.

Warm Barre & Deep Stretch

We crank up the heat and slow down the pace in this rejuvenating Barre class. The first half of the class moves through slow, dynamic reps of exercises derived from ballet and Pilates to strengthen the entire body. Low impact, but your muscles will definitely burn and shake! The last half of the class restores the body with a deep stretch session. A balanced class for all levels set in 28°C, no humidity.

Dynamic Pilates

Everything you love about Pilates, spiced up with a more athletic approach. This contemporary mat class intensifies traditional exercises with props, higher repetitions, and accelerated movement. We pay special attention to the technique and the breathing, making you stronger from the inside out.

Mat Pilates

In this mat class we use the foundations of contemporary Pilates to increase your bodies mobilisation, coordination, and strength. A class for all levels that will leave you feeling balanced and aligned.

Mama&Me Postnatal Pilates

For the moms who are at least 6 weeks postpartum and are keen to get exercising again, join a Mama&Me class where we work on gentle postnatal Pilates, while your baby is safely next to you (or happily hanging out with you if you bring a carrier). This is a ladies only class, where you can focus on yourself, rebuilding your strength, as well as tending to your baby whenever you need to. Breast or bottle feeding, the odd tantrum, anything goes (as well as a nice workout for you!)

Aerial Fitness

An elevated body conditioning class in the air. The class takes place in aerial silk hammocks. Fusing together elements of TRX, Pilates, and fitness exercises to improve strength, coordination, and flexibility.
