Mama&Me Postnatal Pilates

is back starting March 7th!

For the new mamas who are at least 6 weeks postpartum and are keen to get exercising again, join a Mama&Me class where we work on gentle postnatal Pilates, while your baby is safely next to you (of happily hanging out with you if you bring a carrier/sling). This is a ladies only class, where you can focus on yourself, rebuilding your strength, as well as tending to your baby whenever you need to. Breast or bottle feeding, the odd tantrum, anything goes (as well as a nice workout for you!). Taught by Merve.
