rise is thrilled to be hosting Helga Theodors from Núna Collective for the first ever Barre Teacher Training in Luxembourg!

This 5 day in-person teacher training will be held at our studio in Strassen June 23-27. Early bird pricing until May 15th.

Mama&Me is back starting March 7th!

Join a Mama&Me class where we work on gentle postnatal Pilates, while your baby is safely next to you.

Bingo cards will be available at all 3 of our studios starting Friday March 3rd. Come by for class & ask your instructor for a card. Once you complete a task in a square, tell your instructor (and show proof if need be!), and your instructor will give the square a stamp.
